Refund Policy
- Feel free to ask a full refund before make the cards (up to 24hours after clear payment)
- After the dispatch we refund up to 30% of the total payment.
- For unsatisfied Buyers, we refund up to 30% of the total payment.
- For Damaged products during traveling, we refund the 15% of card damage value
- For Damaged products (Cause our situation), we refund the 100% of the card damage, or Resend the card (you must send the card back to us first to check the damage (we take photos before dispatch the item)
